Wartburg 311 and a mahogany sports boat from VEB Yachtwerft Berlin - for sale!

An extraordinary ensemble is looking for a new owner: For sale is a beautiful Wartburg 311, built in classic blue in 1963, along with an original mahogany sports boat from the legendary VEB Yachtwerft Berlin, built in the same year.

Both vehicles are testaments to East German engineering and symbolize the style, design language, and lifestyle of an entire era. Both the Wartburg and the sports boat are in very good original condition or have been restored with great attention to authenticity. Ideal for enthusiasts like us who value historic vehicles with charm and character.

Wartburg 311 sedan, built in 1963, beautiful blue paint, perfect interior, very well maintained, H-registration available, new MOT upon request, mileage read.

VEB Yachtwerft Berlin "Wellenbinder Sport", serial number 195, classic mahogany boat in typical GDR design, with 45 hp AWE engine, including Mecanorem trailer (MOT until April 2026).

Both are absolute collector's items and rarely found individually in this condition – virtually unique in this combination. An ensemble that inspires and evokes memories. We are selling this beautiful GDR sedan (part of an estate) from our small but fine collection and would like to pass it on to a good owner.

The VEB advertisement on the Wartburg is only attached with a magnet and can be removed without leaving any residue. Beneath is a removable sticker from the MKP (the Potsdam Meliorationskombinat), to which this car once belonged as a GDR company vehicle. The complete history of both vehicles is wonderfully documented. They were restored to top condition by the owner, who passed away much too soon, without regard for cost or labor.
